Tool Repair - Five Days or less - or it's free
First we guarantee your Bosch tool will be repaired in five days or less, or it's free. Second, we guarantee your repair will not exceed a pre-established Max-Advantage Repair Cost for that particular tool. Finally, all work is guaranteed for one year.
Under the Max-Advantage Repair program, if your tool is economical to repair, it will be repaired and the cost will not exceed the Max-Advantage Repair cost.If your tool is in such poor condition or beyond economical repair, it will be returned "not repaired". For liability reasons, any tool returned "not repaired" will be returned unassembled.
The Five Day Guarantee does not include the day of drop off, weekends, holidays or any day that UPS is not in service. The Five Day Guarantee does not apply if you require an estimate rather than using the Max-Advantage Repair program.
If you require an estimate and elect not to have the tool repaired, it will be returned to you unassembled.
