How will the Charter merger with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks benefit customers?

Charter Communications welcomes all new customers, including Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks customers, to experience the benefits Charter provides based on the values that are core to our customer experience. We provide fast and reliable Spectrum TV, Internet and Voice products and services at affordable prices with transparent billing and supportive customer service.

Over the next several months, our Spectrum products and services will begin to be introduced in the Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks areas. If you were a Time Warner Cable or Bright House customer, we will contact you as soon as Spectrum products and services are available in your area.

Will my existing Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks products, services, TV channel lineup and payments remain the same?

Your current products, services, channel lineup and payment process will initially remain the same. As new Spectrum products and services become available in your area, we will notify you of any changes to your products and services.

Although paper statements will include the Spectrum Brand, all payments, whether by mail, phone, retail store, online or automated, will continue to be processed as they have in the past.

Will my price increase?

Your pricing and packaging will remain the same at the time of the merger. We will notify you of any future changes to your products, services or pricing.

As a Spectrum customer, do I have access to TV Everywhere and Apps available to Bright House Networks, Time Warner Cable and Charter Spectrum customers?

Not at this time. While we work to fully integrate Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable into Spectrum, you will have access to Apps and TV Everywhere (including network websites, Watch ABC, HBO GO, etc.) based on where you live. If you reside in former Bright House Networks or Time Warner Cable service areas, choose the provider and credentials associated with your service area. We will notify you when there are changes to your TV Everywhere experience.

Can I pay my bill, schedule an install or pick up equipment at any Time Warner Cable, Brighthouse Networks or Charter retail store location?

In order to best assist you, please continue to visit the same retail store locations as you have iun the past. You can find the nearest retail store by using the website of the provider listed on your current billing statement:

Will Charter offer new products, services or promotions that I should consider?

Charter will begin to roll out its Spectrum-branded TV, Internet and Voice offerings to the newly expanded footprint over the next several months. When we reach your area, we'll contact you with more information describing our Spectrum products, services and pricing.
