When the technician arrived, we found that the person I had originally dealt with had shipped defective equipment. fortunately, the technician had a supply in his case, and substituted it. The following day, the supervisor called to see if all was OK, and gave me a reduced rate for my services to make up for all the trouble I find it very hard to rate the service, as a number of people were involved.
