I've been a customer since they were Sigecom, long before Wow. They were wonderful to deal with up until the last year or so. My last three calls to customer service were a waste of time. They don't speak English. Their CS are rude. I learned they've moved this out of country. Just to remind them, Dell did that with horrendous results. The reps don't know what your problem is and place it entirely on your personal equipment to avoid dealing with the problem. I had to BUY brand new router and modem less than an year ago due to a problem - spent over $100 on good equipment, the same stuff they use - to avoid renting it. The CS today wanted to tell me since my connection (hardwired) was ok, randomly lagging speed is probably my new router's fault... but of course this is from the person in Timbuktu with no clue what the problem is. I was online with her a total of 3 minutes! I'd been having the problem for three days!
